Refund: If you wish to return an item for refund, please contact us for a return authorization at orders@bostonwag.com with the word "RETURN" in the subject line, and provide your name, address, and the items which you wish to return in the body of the message. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions for shipping. All items are 100% guaranteed. However, worn or used items may not be returned unless found to be defective.
